Filter brew suits a light, fruit-forward cup with clean finish. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Kenya AA are the right components for citrus and berry brightness. Brazil Cerrado is included in a small share to soften body without hiding the fruit. No prior blend of this style has been roasted, so this is a starting hypothesis to test. Past Brazil solo roast and tasting show chocolate and caramel notes carry well at this roaster.
