Percolate connects green coffee inventory, blend design, roast records and tasting notes. Browse the public Blend Shelf, adapt a recipe to your own beans, record the roast, then keep what you tasted beside you when planning the next one.
You can build recipes manually or ask for AI-assisted blend designs using your recorded inventory and preferences. Percolate is available on Android and the web. An iOS version is in preparation.
What a recipe tells you
Ingredient roles and flavour descriptions are starting hypotheses. AI starter recipes are labelled as untasted. When an author shares a real roast and tasting, the recipe shows their recorded evidence separately from its intended flavour. Substituting a lot needs another trial.
Percolate records the roast events you enter. It does not connect to or control roasting hardware, and it does not measure caffeine or certify the sourcing of your beans.
